About The Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and structured Intern who understands the basics of Product andProject Management. This role involves working closely with product managers and cross-functionalteams to create, organize, and maintain clear documentation that supports execution and knowledge sharing across the organization.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on exposure to real-world product development and project workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain product requirement documents PRDs, feature briefs, and release notes
- Document project plans, timelines, and meeting notes
- Organize and structure knowledge repositories Notion/Confluence/Drive, etc.)
- Work with product, tech, and business teams to gather information and convert discussions intostructured documentation
- Track action items and follow-ups from meetings
- Assist in improving documentation processes and templates
- Ensure version control and clarity across all documentation
Requirements
- Basic understanding of Product Management concepts PRDs, user stories, roadmaps, MVP, etc.)
- Basic understanding of Project Management principles (timelines, milestones, task tracking, stakeholder communication)
- Strong written communication skills
- High attention to detail and structured thinking
- Familiarity with tools like Notion, Confluence, Jira, Google Docs, or similar
- Ability to synthesize information and present it clearly
- Proactive and self-driven attitude
Good to Have
- Prior internship or academic project experience in product/project management
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience documenting processes or workflows
