Responsibilities
- Support the execution of privacy operations and program initiatives, including both planned projects and ad hoc efforts.
- Contribute to improving operational efficiency through the use of internal AI tools and process enhancements.
- Develop and deliver materials and presentations to support training, project updates, and internal communications.
- Partner with the Global Security Office, Procurement, and Product teams to support the delivery of privacy program objectives.
- Execute and support core privacy processes, including third-party risk management, data subject requests (DSRs), and data inventory maintenance.
- Build and maintain an understanding of Epsilon's business operations, products, and data use practices.
- Develop the ability to assess privacy requirements and support compliance with applicable global privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems or related technical discipline or equivalent work experience
- Experience using OneTrust (certification as plus)
- Familiarity using AI (Copilot or Claude)
- 5 years experience in a consultative or Senior Professional role
- Strong team player mentality with ability to work collaboratively
