Job Responsibilities

• Research: Research and understand different mobility requirements of India
• Analytics: Get insights from research and other sources of data and reports
• Solution: Ideate, make prototype, and iterate the mobility solution (products/service) using design thinking
• Business acumen: Prepare go to market strategies to monetize business models around the solutions
• Technical: Worked on key EV architecture/ components
• Networking: Engage with various internal stakeholders and startups for making the demonstrator and display to senior management
• Documentation: Build and maintain innovation information repository
• Future focused: Develop and do effective handover of the prototype solution to relevant stakeholder for mass production viability

Technical Competencies

• Working experience of electrical architecture, controllers, sensors, components cables, communication protocols, firmware, batteries, battery recycling etc
• Accustomed in understanding EV powertrain components in utilizing for demonstrators
• Should be well versed with latest happenings emerging technologies in mobility industry
• Should have basic technical knowledge of all the systems/ sub-systems of vehicle
• Good understanding of Product development process
• In depth knowledge of MS Office Suite, Data analytics/visualization tools (Power BI etc)
• Experience in working on cross-functional projects during profession, college or beyond is appreciated (Eg. SAE events, technical paper presentations, patents etc)
