Role Overview
Our client is seeking a Product Partnership Lead BFSI to own and grow strategic product partnerships in the banking and financial services domain. This role is critical in enabling our client to act as a go-to-market and system integration partner for selected products across key markets.
The focus is not only on managing partnerships, but on activating them commercially taking partner relationships into clients, identifying opportunities, and converting them into live deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage a well defined number of strategic BFSI product partnerships (e.g., AI platforms, AML/KYC, domain-led products)
- Act as the bridge between product partners, our client's sales teams, and clients
- Support go-to-market strategy and joint value propositions
- Engage clients as a credible partner representative alongside product vendors
- Identify client needs and map them to partner capabilities
- Work closely with delivery teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption
- Drive commercial outcomes from partnerships, not just relationship management
Ideal Profile
- 12+ years of experience in BFSI, fintech, or enterprise technology environments
- Strong understanding of banking domain, compliance, and regulatory landscapes
- Prior experience working with product vendors, alliances, or ecosystem partnerships
- Comfortable in client-facing and partner-facing roles
- Strong commercial instincts with ability to convert conversations into revenue
