6+ years of experience in Product Management, or Project Management with proven record of accomplishment in defining winning product constructs and delivering a product roadmap
Experience in Financial crime and strong Communication skills is must
In depth knowledge of Scaled Agile (SAFe) methodologies and lean processes
Proven record of accomplishment managing large, complex products with multiple partners
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels within organization, internally and externally
Ability to engage and influence technical and non-technical teams in a global organization
Ability to predict and identify risks/opportunities from interdependencies of product deliveries
Excellent written & verbal communication
Problem solving, organizational, and analytical skills
Knowledge of financial services industry, banking industry, and associated products is a plus
Bachelors degree in business administration, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or Marketing is highly preferred
