Whatyou'lldo

As aProduct Owneryou'lltake ownership of items from the prioritisedbacklog, alignedto the strategic roadmap. Working closely with Business Analysts,you'llshape and refine them into deliverable features, partnering with the business to deeply understand requirements and translating these into clear, actionable system changes.You'llalsoensure alignment with customer needs, architecturalconstraintsand delivery readiness.With exceptional leadership skills,you'lldrive your team towards this vision, regularly stopping along the way to check-in, adjust,calibrateand move forward.We'llalso look to you to make sure that stories and enablers meet acceptance and quality criteria, keeping them in-line with the vision, features and programme incrementobjectives.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Making sure that the backlog ismaintained, and that your delivery teams are collaboratingfrequentlyand effectively with the customers or users to populate and refine the backlog
  • Participating in iteration ceremonies to enable continuous improvement
  • Working with enterprise architects and teams to understand and prioritise the enablers
  • Supporting the development of your teams by answering any questions and removing impediments
  • Tracking and reporting progress, and attending any retrospective spanning all delivery teams that are involved with delivering the product

The Skillsyou'llneed

We'relooking for a creative thinker, with a good understanding of Agile methodologies and experience of working in an Agile team.You'llneed to be able to relate your everyday work to the broader strategic vision of your feature team, along with the ability tomaintaina strong focus on business outcomes.

Additionally,we'llexpect You To Have

  • In-depthexperience andunderstanding of Planview Products, including Planview Portfolios, Roadmaps andPlanview.Me.
  • Knowledge of product development and management techniques
  • Experience of changing team or department mind-sets,cultureand structure
  • A background of working with delivery teams and knowledge of collaboration techniques
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • The ability to motivate, actively engage and communicate with colleagues at all levels
