Key Responsibilities

Lead and drive the requirements gathering and definition phase for upcoming product scope items

Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate strategic goals into product requirements and user stories

Partner closely with engineering and design teams to ensure technical feasibility and clarity

Own, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring stories are well-defined and sprint-ready

Act as the primary liaison between business and technology teams, providing direction and clarity

Participate actively in Agile ceremonies:

Backlog grooming

Sprint planning

Sprint reviews

Retrospectives

Track progress, report on requirement readiness, and proactively identify delivery blockers

Work with leadership to align product strategy, timelines, and dependencies

Required Qualifications

610 years of experience in Product Management / Product Ownership, preferably in product-led organizations

Strong technical understanding with the ability to engage deeply with engineering teams and evaluate architectural trade-offs

Proven expertise in:

Requirements gathering

Backlog management

Sprint execution within Agile/Scrum environments

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills

Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with evolving priorities

Experience working with distributed teams is a plus

Preferred Background

Experience in software product development (SaaS, enterprise platforms, or digital solutions)

Prior hands-on experience as a Developer, Business Analyst, or Technical Project Manager is a strong advantage

Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, or similar platforms
