This role works closely WITH_REPLACED product engineers, designers, documentation teams, and other colleagues to deliver the product.
Their responsibilities include, among others:
Defining user stories and requirements.
Defining the graphical user interface design and user flows.
Explaining and communicating functional objectives to the team.
Prioritizing the team backlog.
Validating developments.
Functional documentation.
Communicating new functionalities (release notes, videos, training materials).

Requirements:
Degree in Industrial Engineering, Telematics, Computer Engineering, or equivalent training and experience (technical profiles).

English: a C1 level is required, as fluent and fully capable technical conversations are needed, conveying confidence in this language.
Sector-related skills such as intralogistics or WMS software can be acquired through internal training. Ideally, the candidate should have some prior knowledge, even if only basic.

The Product Owner is responsible for maximizing the value of the product developed for the logistics sector, acting as a strategic bridge between business, technology, and end users. They define and prioritize the product's evolution based on market and customer needs, ensuring the development team has a clear vision aligned WITH_REPLACED company objectives.
This role must stand out for effective communication, being able to convey both the product vision and customer needs clearly, understandably, and adapted to different profiles, from technical staff to operational users. This communication is complemented by empathetic listening, enabling a deep understanding of team and user perspectives and fostering an environment of trust, openness, and genuine collaboration.
