Product Owner

What You'll Bring:

The Product Owner is required to have/ be: 

• Technical expertise; required to be technology team facing, i.e. working with the product development team on a daily basis converting identified needs to actual deliverables. 
• Well-organized; maintain the team backlog and implementation while still contributing to the overall product strategy working with product management and various stakeholders. 
• Flexible; as this is a global platform you will be required to work well with virtual teams; comfortable with a flexible work structure that allows for early morning/late night calls with stakeholders domestically and across international. 

Agile experience;

• TransUnion leverages agile methodologies, you will be required to be experience in an agile environment; SAFe certified is preferred.
• She/he must be willing to accept a dynamic and multi-faceted role requiring working across several teams and geographies.
• Your deep experience in technology, product development, agile methodologies along with industry expertise in financial services, or a related discipline will allow you to hit-the-ground-running in this fast-paced and evolving matrix business.

Duties & Responsibilities 

• Ability to develop execute on the product vision, balance business requirements with IT initiatives, provide leadership, manage execution and delivery of projects and programs; 
• Work closely with the IT teams in ensuring a successful and timely implementation of business requirements; 
• Ability to create Features/Epics, Write Stories and Maintain a Prioritized Backlog
• Supporting the Technology teams in different international markets in localizing the global capabilities and launching solutions successfully.

Impact You'll Make:

The person hired for this position will be trained for Product Owner and will first float between teams, be given special product knowledge enhancing assignments before being assigned to a development team.
