Product Owner - Trade Promotion Management

: Remote for 6 months and after that relocation to Hyderabad

:

*Min 5 years of relevant experience as a Product Owner, with a very strong preference for previous experience with TPM implementations.

*Contract: 6 months contract + Possible internalization --> upon performance evaluation and relocation to Hyderabad

*Starting Date: ASAP

*Global role reporting to global stakeholder, Individual Contributor Role

:

1. Has work experience in program, project, or product management.

2. Has experience in the FMCG industry.

3. Relevant experience in implementing Trade Promotion Management (TPM) and Trade Promotion Optimization (TPO) products.

:

*Experience with TPM products such as Xtel TPM, Visualfabriq, and Salesforce TPM.

*Proficiency in Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).

*Strong analytical skills to interpret market trends and sales data.

*Technical acumen to understand software development processes.

Bachelor's or advanced degree in business management, engineering or another technical field.

*Advanced English required.

*Owns the Product and is accountable for the vision and requirements for the specified product and components.

8Works with the business and engineering delivery teams daily, answering

questions, addressing ambiguities, and being readily available when issues arise that could delay the project.

*Is accountable for delivering incremental value every sprint, aligning with the overall goals from the business.

*Works closely and owns relationship with the TPM and RGM teams.

*Owns backlog prioritization of work.

*Creates requirements and user stories to address the business needs.

*Keeps the vision of the product up to date.
