Product Owner

• 6+ years as a Product Owner or in a similar role within Agile teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience in backlog management tools like Jira, Azure DevOps
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Ability to translate business needs into actionable user stories and requirements.
• Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap in alignment with business goals.
• Ensure continuous improvement and innovation in the product lifecycle.
• Own and maintain the product backlog, ensuring clear, well-defined user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize backlog items based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather and refine product requirements.
• Collaborate with Scrum Masters, Developers, and Designers to ensure timely and quality feature delivery.

Key Requirements

• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Continuously refine and adapt product requirements based on feedback and changing priorities.
• Communicate product updates, milestones, and key decisions to stakeholders.
• Manage expectations and ensure alignment between business and technical teams.
