Having minimum experience as a PO for 5 years.

BTech Background and Data analysis using Excel like tools.

Experience of working in a Product Owner/ Business Analyst role in Asset Management

Good to have experience in Investment Research

Good to have technical skills with one or more of the following: SQL, Tableau, PowerPoint and prior experience using agile tools like JIRA.

Business analysis skills including

o Requirements analysis,

o Team and Product Backlog Management

o Stakeholder Management

o Prioritizing the Team Backlog

o Breaking the requirement into Stories

Preferred some data analysis skills.

Knowledge of Capital Market.

Python Coding skills with 1-2 experience

In-dept knowledge of Agile process and principles

Strong interpersonal skills, with an ability to influence and build consensus across a wide range of stakeholders.

Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills

Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills

Creative thinker with a vision

Attention to details.

Preferred Skills

Experience working on AI Products/Projects

Knowledge of data sets like IBOR holdings, transactions, Security master data, Prices.

Knowledge of AWS architecture and components
