Title: Salesforce Product Owner

Location: Bangalore, Chennai, Pune, Hyderabad, Noida - 3 Days Hybrid

This is a 12 Months Contract Position with one of our client

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the Salesforce product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and priorities
• Translate business requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications
• Collaborate with stakeholders, engineering teams, and Scrum Masters to drive Agile delivery
• Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and prioritization activities
• Act as the primary liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring clarity and alignment
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of Salesforce initiatives
• Coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders to deliver scalable CRM solutions
• Ensure adherence to Agile best practices, SDLC processes, and organizational standards
• Support release planning, UAT coordination, and post-deployment validation

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Project Manager in Agile environments
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or CRM platforms)
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and backlog management
• Proven experience in user story writing, backlog prioritization, and sprint execution
• Ability to manage and communicate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile project management tools
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
