Product Owner- Railway Rolling Stock

Position Details:

• Translate needs into technical requirements in close collaboration with Client and partner's teams.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog to maximize delivered value.
• Actively collaborate with development teams (Client and partner) to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented.
• Ensure communication and transparency on product progress to all stakeholders.
• Manage product-related risks and propose mitigation plans.
• Collaborate with multicultural and geographically distributed teams.

Roles & Responsibility :

We are looking for an experienced professional with solid expertise as a Product Owner, complemented by specific knowledge essential to our environment:

• Proven experience as a Product Owner in an Agile environment.
• In-depth mastery of the Railway Rolling Stock environment and associated product development constraints in this sector, including standards such as EN 50155 (electronic equipment).
• Good knowledge of industrial switches and their applications.
• Notions in Industrial Cybersecurity, with knowledge of relevant standards such as IEC 62443.
• Good technical knowledge in the following areas:
• Thermal simulation.
• Management of product variants.
• IP sealing.
• Power supplies.
• Design to CoGS (Cost of Goods Sold) approach.
• Product industrialization.
• Rigorous requirements tracking.
• Certification (CE, FCC, UL).
• Knowledge of SAP is good.
• Fluent English is essential for working in an international team.
• German (ideally) to facilitate exchanges at our German site.
• Ability to work effectively in an international and multicultural team environment.
