Product Owner

Description:

• Product Owner with Data & Analytics Experience.
• Minimum 6+ years of experience in the Agile framework or 4+ years of experience in Product Ownership/Management.
• Experience using Jira, Aha! and other collaboration tools
• Preferred Functional Knowledge: Strong knowledge of financial services concepts, practices, and procedures, with emphasis on the Product.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail orientation with strong analytical capabilities.
• Ability to overcome ambiguity and deliver results.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and direct work in a way that maximizes both personal and team efficiency.
• Teamwork / collaboration mindset with the ability to work with stakeholders throughout the organization and drive toward a decision.
• A robust understanding of full-cycle software development within an Agile framework.
• Product orientation with a strong sense of ownership.
• Problem Solving - Problems faced by associates in this role tend to be moderately complex.
• understand data warehousing, ETL pipelines, and infrastructure. Core proficiency in SQL and ETL tools.
• Good knowledge of data modeling, and visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
