About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Product Owner. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for facilitating workshops for requirements gathering, preparing stories/epics, and working closely with key stakeholders to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value.

Responsibilities
- Facilitate workshops for requirements gathering.
- Prepare stories/epics and present to key stakeholders.
- Work closely with the customer to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value.
- Ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work on.
- Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product.
- Facilitated sprint planning, review, and retrospectives.
- Prioritization of product backlog and facilitation of requirement grooming for future sprint planning with IT Development teams.
- Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy.
- Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories.
- Lead the planning product release plans and set the expectation for delivery of new functionalities.
- Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of release/sprint goals.
