Job Summary
We are looking for a senior Product Owner POLI Rules & Compliance who will lead the review, interpretation, and implementation of PLI/RPLI rules and regulatory requirements. The role requires deep insurance domain expertise and strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks to ensure accurate rule definition and compliance.
Qualifications
- Post Graduate degree
- Com / BE / B.Tech
- M.Sc / M.Com / MBA
Experience & Skills
- Minimum 15 years of experience in the Insurance sector
- Strong and proven knowledge of IRDAI Act and related rules
- Experience in regulatory compliance, rules interpretation, and documentation
- Ability to translate regulatory rules into business and system requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and review existing PLI / RPLI rules and circulars
- Identify gaps and inconsistencies in existing rules
- Draft rule amendments in consultation with business stakeholders
- Prepare rule catalogues and configuration matrices
- Review SRS and test cases to ensure they reflect approved rules
- Provide rule-related CEPT support to implementation and delivery teams
