As a Product Owner in our Development and Automation division, you will own the product strategy and roadmap for our networking and security solutions. You'll work closely with our developers and designer to shape products that help customers manage their firewall and security infrastructure across large, multi-site corporate environments. This is a role where your domain knowledge and customer insight will drive decisions instead of a backlog.

Within 1 month you will:

• Spend real time with our firewall operations team understanding the workflows, friction points, and workarounds that never make it into a spec.
• Get to know the people you'll be working with - developers, designers, operations, and management.
• Explore how our customers manage large-scale, multi-site networks today and where the daily friction really lives.
• Get acquainted with our integrations with firewall and monitoring infrastructure - understanding what we automate today and where the gaps are.

Within 3 months you will:

• Lead refinement sessions that go beyond ticket-writing, bringing your domain knowledge to challenge assumptions and sharpen solutions.
• Work directly with our UX designer to turn operational insights into interfaces that make complex workflows intuitive.
• Start identifying the greenfield areas nobody has formally mapped yet.
• Dig into how our customers handle reporting and ticket management at scale and identify where we can do more.

Within 6 months you will:

• Champion a significant new product direction from scratch.
• Act as the central point of contact between management, operations, and the development team.
• Run the full product cycle on a major feature, from customer discovery through to delivery.
• Define the next wave of automation opportunities across our API integrations with firewall, monitoring, and ticketing systems.

What do we need from you

• Significant professional experience as a Product Owner or in a similar product leadership role (minimum 5+ years).
• Deep knowledge of networking and security topics, particularly firewalls, gained through product experience in this domain rather than necessarily hands-on technical work.
• Proven ability to understand customer needs and translate them into clear, actionable solutions.
• Strong communication skills - comfortable with management, engineers, designers, and customers alike.
• Experience working independently across distributed teams or time zones.
• Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to make decisions with incomplete information.

Bonus points:

• Prior experience in enterprise security, firewall management, or network operations.
• Comfortable using AI tools to support research, analysis, and day-to-day product work.
• Background in software development or technical product management.
• Experience in a startup or early-stage product environment.
• Familiarity with agile or scrum environments.
