Product Owner myInfineon

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the product backlog for myInfineon, ensuring it is well-groomed, prioritized, and aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders across business, IT, marketing, and customer service to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Develop and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and release plans for myInfineon.
• Work hand-in-hand with Agile development teams (Scrum Masters, developers, QA) to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of features.
• Act as the primary liaison between the business and technical teams, balancing customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
• Lead sprint planning, review, and retrospective sessions to foster continuous improvement.
• Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to drive data-informed decision-making and iterative product enhancements.
• Manage product risks and dependencies, proactively identifying and resolving blockers.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to propose innovative features.
• Support marketing and communication teams in product launch and promotion activities.
• Champion Agile and lean principles within the product team and across stakeholders.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 8 to 11 years of professional experience in product ownership, product management, or related roles in digital product development.
• Proven track record of managing digital platforms or SaaS products, preferably in technology, semiconductor, or B2B industries.
• Strong experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
• Excellent skills in requirements gathering, user story writing, backlog prioritization, and roadmap planning.
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and technical concepts to facilitate communication with engineering teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision making.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in UX/UI collaboration to enhance customer experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with myInfineon or similar enterprise digital platforms is advantageous.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders.
