We are actively seeking an experienced and highly motivated Product Owner to join our Scrum team. In this role, you will own a business-critical application, ensuring its stability, usability and ongoing value to the business. You will lead support operations, prioritize enhancements and drive future releases by partnering closely with business and technical teams. Your work will directly enable faster, higher-quality outcomes and continuous improvement of key business processes.
This role requires working on-site at our Bangalore office.
What You Will Do
- Own and prioritize the product backlog using a Kanban approach, balancing support needs, defect resolution, and enhancement requests to maximize business value.
- Translate business needs and production issues into clear, well-defined user stories with detailed acceptance criteria.
- Partner closely with stakeholders to understand evolving business needs, production challenges, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Communicate product priorities, requirements, and release plans clearly to the development team, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and integrated system support teams to identify dependencies, manage risks, ensure application stability, and coordinate issue resolution and enhancements.
- Work closely with developers and QA to define test scenarios, ensuring high-quality releases.
- Participate in testing and validation activities to ensure application functionality and readiness prior to release.
- Monitor application performance and user feedback, driving improvements to enhance usability, reliability, and overall user experience.
- Contribute to the evolution of the team's support operating model by identifying opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and overall service quality.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role, supporting and evolving enterprise applications.
- Strong experience working in Agile environments, with a focus on Kanban or support-based delivery models.
- Proven ability to own and prioritize a backlog, balancing production support, defect resolution, and enhancements.
- Experience writing clear, actionable user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria.
- Demonstrated experience supporting applications integrated across multiple systems and managing cross-team dependencies.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex business needs and production issues into actionable solutions.
- Experience working closely with stakeholders and development teams, with strong communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, production environment.
- Experience participating in testing, validation, and release activities to ensure high-quality outcomes.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Scrum Product Owner certification.
- Experience leveraging Jira for managing the Software Development Cycle.
- Experience in Mechanical Engineering related projects
- Experience creating wireframes in Figma.
- A drive for improvement and an inclination to thoughtfully challenge the status quo
