Job Title: Product Owner (Developer)

Role Overview:
We are looking for a technically strong and detail-oriented developer to contribute to the development and scaling of our SaaS product. This role requires deep involvement in system architecture, feature development, and building scalable solutions while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of core product modules and contribute to end-to-end feature development
- Work on designing and implementing scalable backend and frontend systems
- Develop and manage APIs, webhooks, integrations, and automation workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Analyze existing systems and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement
- Conduct technical benchmarking and study competitor products for better implementation
- Participate in sprint planning, development cycles, testing, and release processes
- Build quick prototypes and proof-of-concepts using modern tools and technologies
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure product reliability
Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience in frontend and backend development
- Solid understanding of APIs, webhooks, integrations, and automation systems
- Experience working with SaaS products and scalable architectures
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Proficiency in problem-solving, system design, and debugging
- Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into technical solutions
- Good communication and collaboration skills
Eligibility Criteria:
- 25 years of experience in software development or related technical roles
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering / IT or related field
- Experience with SaaS platforms, automation tools, or product-based companies is a plus
Preferred (Good to Have):
- Experience working on product-based companies or SaaS environments
- Exposure to AI tools, automation platforms, or no-code/low-code systems
- Understanding of product thinking, user experience, and feature optimization
