Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Act as a Product Owner for banking and financial services-related projects
Collaborate with business stakeholders, development teams, and delivery managers to define product vision and roadmap
Gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements and translate them into user stories
Manage product backlog and ensure sprint goals are aligned with business objectives
Work closely with Agile/Scrum teams to ensure timely delivery of product features
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for product enhancements and issue resolution
Ensure product solutions align with banking industry standards and compliance requirements
Participate in product planning, sprint reviews, UAT, and release activities
Support onboarding and implementation activities when required
Provide domain expertise related to banking, credit cards, and travel business processes
Monitor product performance and recommend continuous improvements
