Job Title: Product Owner

Experience: 8-12 Years (preferred in BFSI / Lending Systems)
Role Overview
The Product Owner will be responsible for end-to-end ownership of the FinnOne application, primarily focusing on production support, issue resolution, and change request management. The role requires close coordination with business, operations, IT, and external vendors to ensure system stability, regulatory compliance, and timely delivery of enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
1. Production Support Management
- Own and manage daily production support activities for the FinnOne application.
- Ensure high system availability, stability, and performance.
- Drive incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), and resolution within defined SLAs.
- Coordinate with IT, infra, and vendor teams for issue triaging and fixes.
- Monitor recurring issues and implement preventive/corrective actions.
2. Change Request (CR) Management
- Gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements and change requests.
- Prepare functional specifications and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
- Coordinate with vendors (e.g., Nucleus Software) for effort estimation and delivery timelines.
- Track CR lifecycle from requirement to UAT to production release.
- Ensure quality delivery through SIT/UAT and defect closure.
3. Stakeholder Management
- Act as a single point of contact (SPOC) for business, operations, credit, and compliance teams.
- Facilitate discussions for requirement finalization, prioritization, and solution design.
- Provide regular status updates to management on issues, CRs, and releases.
4. Release & Deployment Management
- Plan and coordinate production releases, deployments, and rollback strategies.
- Ensure adherence to change management and audit requirements.
- Support UAT cycles and sign-offs from business users.
5. Compliance & Audit Support
- Ensure application changes align with regulatory and audit requirements (RBI, internal audits).
- Maintain proper documentation, audit trails, and approvals.
- Address audit observations and implement required system controls.
6. Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities for process automation and system enhancements.
- Improve system efficiency, turnaround time (TAT), and user experience.
- Drive optimization of workflows and data integrity.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of FinnOne (LOS/LMS) or similar lending platforms.
- Experience in production support and incident management.
- Strong understanding of loan lifecycle, lending operations, and interest/penal calculations.
- Proven experience in change request and vendor management.
- Familiarity with API integrations, system interfaces, and data flows.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience in NBFC/Banking domain.
- Exposure to regulatory requirements and audit handling.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
