Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner with strong expertise in the Legal &Compliance to drive product strategy, roadmap, and delivery. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders, compliance teams, and engineering teams to define and deliver compliant, customer-focused solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the product roadmap and backlog.
• Translate compliance and regulatory requirements into product features.
• Work closely with stakeholders, business teams, and development teams.
• Prioritize requirements and ensure timely product delivery.
• Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies and product lifecycle management.
• Ensure products align with governance, risk, and compliance standards.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Product Management/Product Ownership.
• Strong experience in Compliance, Legal, Risk, or GRC domains.
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.

Preferred

• Experience in Healthcare, or Medical Device industries.
• SAFe or Agile certifications are a plus.
