Product Owner

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Backlog Management: Create, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog, defining clear features and requirements for the development team.
• Product Lifecycle Oversight: Oversee all stages of product creation, including conceptualization, design, development, and deployment.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams—development, design, and business units—to align product goals and deliverables.
• Monitoring & Evaluation: Track and evaluate product progress, ensuring milestones are achieved on time and meet quality standards.
• Requirement Gathering: Translate business needs into detailed functional requirements and user stories.
• Product Strategy & Planning: Contribute to product vision, strategy, and roadmap, focusing on business value and customer satisfaction.
• Agile & Scrum Practices: Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to support agile product development.
• User Experience: Collaborate with UX/UI teams to ensure intuitive and customer-focused product designs.
• Leadership & Communication: Provide strong leadership, clear communication, and effective decision-making throughout the product lifecycle.
