As we transition from a services-based model to a product-led company, we're expanding our Product team and looking for a Product Owner to lead workflow-focused initiatives across the organisation. This role sites at the intersection of product, engineering, and operations, driving the execution of features that directly enable and scale client delivery. You'll play a key role in growing our Bengaluru-based Product team and have clear ownership of how impactful, scalable solutions are brought to life.
To meet the needs of our global team and customer base, in this role you will work a UK timezone shift from 2-11pm IST.
How You'll Make an Impact:
- Own and drive workflow-related initiatives that improve efficiency across delivery teams.
- Work closely with product management to translate strategy into clear, actionable deliverables.
- Collaborate with engineers and Technical Project Managers (TPMs) to plan, refine, and deliver features end-to-end.
- Break down business requirements into well-defined user stories and acceptance criteria that support high-quality execution.
- Ensure alignment across teams by clearly communicating priorities, scope, and expected outcomes.
- Identify opportunities to streamline, automate, and improve how work flows through Konovo's systems.
What We're Looking For:
- 3 years of experience working as a Product Owner or in a similar delivery-focused product role, preferably within the healthcare technology or market research industry.
- Strong ability to translate business and operational problems into clear product requirements.
- Comfort working closely with engineers, product managers, and technical project managers.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work in cross-functional teams.
- High attention to detail, balanced with an understanding of broader system and business impact.
- Adaptability to thrive in a fast-changing environment while navigating challenges collaboratively.
- Proficiency with product and delivery tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar backlog and documentation platforms.
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum frameworks, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and iteration-based delivery.
- Fluent (speaking, reading, writing) in English.
