Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Act as a key liaison between stakeholders and development teams to define, prioritize, and deliver product features.
Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with business goals.
Leverage hands-on programming expertise in Java or Python to engage effectively with engineering teams.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers and developers to ensure intuitive and visually appealing front-end experiences using React .
Apply knowledge of UI/UX design principles to enhance user engagement and usability.
Work in close alignment with global stakeholders, managing expectations and driving product value.
Champion Agile principles, facilitating sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure continuous delivery.
Utilize Git for version control and efficient collaboration within cross-functional teams.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
10+ years of experience in software development, with a proven track record as a Product Owner or Proxy PO .
Strong programming background in Java or Python , with working knowledge of front-end development and React .
Solid understanding of UI/UX design practices and their application in modern product development.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills across business and technical teams.
Experience working in an Agile development environment.
Proficiency in Git and version control workflows.
