Must Have Skills:
- Strong understanding of Trade Lifecycle
- Expertise in Clearing and Settlement processes
- Exposure to Cash Equities, Fixed Income, Securities Borrowing and Lending (SBL), or Prime Brokerage
- Very strong in core Java programming
- Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming
- Experience in multithreading, concurrency, and performance tuning
- Good exposure to Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices architecture
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code
- Strong debugging and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with CI/CD, Git, and agile environments
