Job Summary
The Product Owner (ISG) will play a crucial role in driving the development and implementation of innovative solutions in the areas of real-time payment.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of product strategies for real-time payment systems to enhance transaction efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee the integration of trade finance solutions to streamline processes and improve financial operations.
- Provide expertise in cash management to optimize liquidity and ensure effective financial planning.
- Drive the adoption of Swift Payment and Messages to facilitate secure and rapid financial transactions.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for product enhancements and new offerings.
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps that align with business objectives and customer requirements.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all product development activities.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate stakeholders on product functionalities and benefits.
- Coordinate with IT teams to resolve technical issues and ensure system reliability and performance.
Qualifications
- Have a strong understanding of Swift Payment and Cards & Messages systems.
- Exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex financial challenges.
