Job Summary
We are looking for a Product Owner to lead the successful delivery of data, analytics, and AI initiatives for our clients. This role will work closely with client stakeholders, engineers, data scientists, and delivery teams to translate business challenges into scalable data and AI solutions.
The Product Owner will be responsible for defining product requirements, prioritizing the backlog, ensuring business alignment, and delivering measurable client value through data-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with client stakeholders to understand business goals, challenges, and data requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Define and manage the product backlog for AI, engineering, and analytics initiatives.
- Prioritize product features based on business value, client impact, and technical feasibility.
- Collaborate with data engineers, ML engineers, data scientists, and BI developers to deliver solutions.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews.
- Ensure delivered solutions align with client expectations, data governance, and quality standards.
- Support client demos, workshops, and product reviews to communicate progress and outcomes.
- Track KPIs, product adoption, and solution performance to demonstrate business impact.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
- Contribute to solution design, proposal development, and client engagements where needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Data Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Product Management or consulting roles.
- Experience delivering data, analytics, or AI solutions in consulting or enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience working with cross-functional technical teams including data engineers and data scientists.
- Excellent client communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with modern data platforms such as Azure, AWS, Snowflake, Databricks, or similar ecosystems.
- Familiarity with machine learning lifecycle, analytics solutions, and data pipelines.
- Experience delivering AI use cases such as predictive analytics, recommendation systems, NLP, or automation.
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Agile certification.
