Product Owner

Feature requests from three different school boards, a support queue that keeps flagging the same broken workflow, and a sales team asking for one more integration before the next renewal cycle — someone at this sixty-person ed-tech company needs to decide what actually gets built this quarter, and that someone is the Product Owner Flexiple is hiring for.

The company sells to schools and colleges and has a lean backlog problem: too many requests, too few engineers, and no one currently converting the noise into a defensible roadmap. You will own that conversion, writing the stories, setting the priority, and sitting close enough to support and sales to know which requests are real. The engineering team is small enough that a bad prioritisation call shows up in the next sprint, not the next quarter.

This is a remote, pan-India role for someone who has done backlog ownership before and doesn't need a playbook to start.

• 3 to 6 years owning a product backlog or working as a Product Owner or Associate Product Manager
• Comfort writing user stories and acceptance criteria without hand-holding
• Experience running sprint ceremonies with a small, under-fifteen-engineer team
• Some exposure to education, SaaS, or another subscription business
• Clear written English and a reliable remote-work setup
