We are hiring a Product Owner todrivethe TI Platformexecutionwork, with a focus ondata and third-partyintegration to enhanceoverall platformcapabilities. Reporting to theDirector of Product Management, you will manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and collaborate with engineering, and stakeholders to deliver seamless integrations that support Flexera's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • TI PlatformData Model and Key ServiceDevelopment:

  • Define and prioritize the product backlog for TI Platform, focusing ondata and third-partyintegration to streamlineour overall roadmap.

  • Collaborate with engineering to design and implement APIand AI-first solutions, ensuring compatibility withFlexera One.

  • Drive integration with internalproducts(e.g., IT Visibility dashboards,CCO, ITAM,etcsystems) to enhance data flows and analytics.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Act as the primary liaison betweenProduct Management, engineering, and internal teams, ensuring alignment on priorities and deliverables.

  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, retrospectives) tomaintainmomentum post our recent Itasca workshop.

  • Translate business needs into technical requirements, creating userstoriesand acceptance criteria.

  • Adoption and Continuous Improvement:

  • Drive adoption ofplatform servicesacross internal teams, targeting 90% adoption within six months.

  • Gather feedback from stakeholders to iterate on connector features, ensuring they deliver measurable value (e.g., improved cost tracking).

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product management experience, with 3+ years as a Product Owner in a technical integration role.

  • Provenexpertisein APIand AI-first integrations

  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, managing backlogs, and working with cross-functional teams.

  • Familiarity withData Model, Lakehouse, and Data productknowledge

  • Strong communicationskills to bridge technical and business stakeholders.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
