Skills and Abilities:

·       Strong knowledge of real-estate and PropTech customer journeys, including property discovery, lead generation, sales engagement, buyer onboarding, handover, ownership, resident services, and post-sale engagement.

·       Proven ability to define mobile product vision and roadmaps, prioritize backlogs, lead Agile delivery, govern releases, drive adoption, and measure value realization for customer-facing applications.

·       Strong working knowledge of iOS and Android product delivery, React Native, mobile UX patterns, APIs, backend services, cloud platforms, integrations, CI/CD, application security, analytics, monitoring, and live operations.

·       Practical understanding of React Native, Java Spring Boot, Node.js or .NET, SQL, Azure or AWS, headless CMS, Firebase, enterprise integration patterns, and app-store release processes; hands-on coding is not required, but technical depth is essential.

·       Strong understanding of mobile UX research, prototyping, accessibility, localization, push notifications, deep linking, app performance, crash analytics, experimentation, and adoption management.

·       Ability to govern managed-service and delivery partners using capacity plans, delivery milestones, SLAs, KPIs, quality measures, service reviews, escalation paths, and improvement actions.

·       Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, commercial judgement, written communication, presentation, negotiation, and evidence-based decision-making skills.

Minimum Requirements:

·       Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Digital Product Management, or a related discipline; a postgraduate qualification is an advantage.

·       Minimum of 8-12 years of experience in digital products, business technology, or customer experience, including at least 5 years as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or equivalent leader for mobile applications.

·       Demonstrated real-estate, property-development, property-portal, community-management, or PropTech domain experience is required, with a strong understanding of prospective buyer and property-owner journeys.

·       Experience owning large-scale consumer or enterprise mobile applications across strategy, discovery, UX, delivery, app-store launch, analytics, optimization, and live operations.

·       Experience working with multidisciplinary teams covering product analysis, UX/UI, React Native or native mobile development, backend and APIs, QA, DevOps, cloud, architecture, security, data, and service operations.

·       Experience managing offshore or managed-service delivery partners and operating within Agile, ITIL, demand-management, change, release, incident, and problem-management processes.

·       Product Owner or Agile certifications such as CSPO, PSPO, SAFe POPM, or equivalent are preferred; mobile UX, analytics, or customer-experience certifications are an advantage.

·       Experience with UAE or GCC real-estate markets, customer expectations, mobile ecosystem considerations, and digital regulatory requirements is strongly preferred.
