Product Owner / Designer

Zynix AI builds AI-powered population health and care automation solutions for ACOs, health plans, hospitals, MSOs, and provider groups. Our platform combines predictive analytics, AI agents, ambient documentation, care gap closure, risk adjustment, scheduling, after-hours support, and EMR/HIE integrations to help healthcare organizations improve outcomes and reduce operational burden.

We are looking for a Product Owner / Product Designer who can own product requirements, design user experiences, and work closely with engineering, AI, data, and business teams to build healthcare AI products.

This is a hybrid role for someone who understands product workflows, can design clean UI/UX, write clear requirements, and drive execution from idea to release.

Own product modules from discovery to launch.

Convert business and healthcare workflows into product requirements, wireframes, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Design clean, intuitive dashboards, portals, AI-agent workflows, and operational tools.

Work with engineering teams to clarify requirements, review builds, and ensure timely delivery.

Collaborate with leadership, implementation, data, and AI teams to prioritize features.

Conduct user research with internal teams, customers, and healthcare operations users.

Create Figma designs, prototypes, workflow diagrams, PRDs, and product specs.

Review QA feedback, customer issues, and usage data to improve the product.

Help manage sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release coordination.

Ensure the product is simple, scalable, and usable for healthcare teams.

3–7 years of experience in product design, product ownership, UX/UI design, business analysis, or SaaS product roles.

Strong experience with Figma.

Ability to write clear PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflow documentation.

Good understanding of web applications, dashboards, admin portals, and enterprise SaaS products.

Experience working with engineering teams in Agile/Scrum environments.

Strong communication skills and ability to convert vague ideas into structured product requirements.

Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment.

Healthcare, healthtech, insurance, EMR, population health, or care management experience.

Experience designing AI products, automation workflows, call center tools, or analytics dashboards.

Basic understanding of APIs, data flows, user permissions, and integrations.

• Experience with Jira, Linear, Notion, Confluence, Miro, or similar tools.
