What You'll Do:

Lead the product roadmap for our global hearing aid fitting platform

Partner with audiologists & marketing to enhance clinical workflows

Ensure compliance with FDA, CE & international medical regulations

Translate complex needs into clear user stories & acceptance criteria

Collaborate with global teams for marketspecific feature needs

Use data & user feedback to drive product decisions

Product Areas You'll Shape:

Patient management & privacy

Hearing aid programming & realtime adjustments

Audiologist tools & diagnostics

Integrations: EMR, thirdparty devices, reporting

What We're Looking For:

5+ years in product management (healthcare/medical device preferred)

Experience in regulated environments (FDA/CE/ISO)

Strong UX mindset & agile expertise

Technical depth in APIs, cloud systems & analytics

Understanding of audiology and hearingcare workflows

Knowledge of HIPAA/GDPR & telehealth solutions
