Responsibilities
- Define and prioritize product backlog based on business goals and customer needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on product vision.
- Create user stories and acceptance criteria to guide the development process.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for product improvement.
- Engage with customers to gather feedback and validate product features.
- Monitor product performance and iterate based on metrics and user feedback.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Skills and Qualifications
- 10-15 years of experience in product management or related fields.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban.
- Proficient in creating user stories, wireframes, and product roadmaps.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive product decisions.
- Experience with product management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
