We are looking for a seasoned Product Owner with strong experience in the Banking/BFSI domain. The ideal candidate will manage the product backlog, define user stories, ensure alignment with business goals, and drive end-to-end product delivery through Agile practices.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Own, create, prioritize, and continuously refine the Product Backlog.
- Break down Epics, Themes, and Features into clear and granular user stories achievable within a single sprint.
- Communicate product vision, goals, and roadmap at the start of each Release and Sprint to ensure squad alignment.
- Work closely with customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure the product aligns with business needs and adjust direction when required.
- Understand and monitor the financial value/benefits of product initiatives.
- Actively participate in daily standups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews/Showcases, and Retrospectives.
- Use metrics and customer feedback to evaluate product performance and enable continuous improvement.
- Provide platform support when needed, including incident and problem management.
- Co-develop the squad mission with the Portfolio Lead and refine it as required.
- Break down work items, prioritize deliverables, manage dependencies, and guide the squad toward successful delivery.
- Re-prioritize or re-sequence work that is incomplete or needs realignment to ensure product success.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of experience as a Product Owner in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong experience in Banking/BFSI domain.
- Experience in user story creation, backlog grooming, and Agile ceremonies.
- Excellent stakeholder communication and cross-team collaboration skills.
- Ability to leverage metrics, KPIs, and customer feedback to drive decisions
