Job Title: Product Owner (BaNCS)
Location: 411014, Pune, Maharashtra, India
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring clear prioritization aligned with business goals.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Drive product vision, roadmap, and delivery for solutions built on TCS BaNCS platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, QA, and business teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Act as a subject matter expert for BaNCS modules (Core Banking, Payments, Wealth, or Treasury).
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Ensure product releases meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Manage stakeholder communication and provide regular updates on product progress.
- Identify opportunities for product enhancements and process improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong experience working as a Product Owner / Business Analyst in banking or financial services.
- Hands-on experience with TCS BaNCS (Core Banking / Payments / Wealth Management / Treasury).
- Deep understanding of banking domain processes (Retail, Corporate, Lending, Payments, etc.).
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong experience in writing user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
