Role Overview

We are looking for a *Product and Delivery Manager* who will play a crucial role in shaping our product roadmap, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of features, and driving the overall success of our healthcare platform.  

You will work closely with the *Product Engineering team, **User Experience team, **Quality Assurance (QA) team, and leadership — **while also engaging directly with clients and users to gather continuous product feedback and translate it into actionable improvements*.

Key Responsibilities

- *Product Management:*

  - Define product strategy and roadmap in alignment with company vision and customer needs.

  - Gather and prioritize product requirements from internal stakeholders and external clients.

  - Conduct regular client interactions, demos, and feedback sessions to deeply understand user needs and pain points.

  - Create detailed product specifications, user stories, and wireframes when necessary.

  - Champion user experience and ensure product decisions are data-driven and evidence-based.

  - Collaborate closely with Product Engineering, User Experience (UX), and Quality Assurance (QA) teams to ensure a seamless product development lifecycle.

  - Monitor product performance and iterate based on client feedback, analytics, and market trends.

-Delivery Management:

- Own end-to-end delivery of product initiatives — from discovery through launch and iteration.

  - Build and manage project timelines, resource allocation, and ensure sprint goals are met.

  - Identify risks and dependencies early, and collaborate with teams to unblock progress.

  - Maintain transparency by regularly updating leadership and clients on progress, blockers, and solutions.

  - Foster an agile, high-performance team culture with clear communication and accountability.

Qualifications

- 4–8 years of experience in product management, project delivery, or a related role — preferably in *health tech, SaaS, or consumer technology sectors*.

- Experience working directly with clients, gathering structured feedback, and translating it into actionable product requirements.

- Strong technical understanding of digital products, APIs, and cloud-based platforms.

- Proven experience managing cross-functional teams (engineering, design, clinical, etc.).

- Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships and manage expectations.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

- Experience working in an agile/scrum environment.

- Entrepreneurial mindset: comfortable with ambiguity, rapid changes, and building from scratch.

- [Bonus] Familiarity with healthcare standards, regulations (e.g., HIPAA), or clinical workflows.
