Position Summary
Level: Senior Consultant
As a Product Owner within ZoraAI, you will define and deliver user-centric procurement capabilities, owning the product backlog and driving features from concept to production. You will be the bridge between SAP Ariba expertise, engineering teams, and procurement stakeholders ensuring every feature aligns to business value and platform vision.
Work you'll do:
Product & Feature Delivery
- Manage procurement features (P2O, Sourcing, Contract Management, Guided Buying) as well-defined user stories with clear acceptance criteria
- Drive backlog refinement, sprint planning, and grooming with engineering and global delivery teams
- Monitor feature progress, surface risks, and escalate blockers; partner with Product Managers on roadmap execution
- Support release planning, readiness activities, and KPI definition for procurement capabilities
Domain Leadership
- Act as the SAP Ariba SME bridging procurement operations, category managers, and technical delivery teams
- Define data models, approval workflows, and integration patterns aligned with procurement policies and compliance requirements
- Champion process automation and UX improvements across the source-to-pay lifecycle
Collaboration & AI/GenAI
- Coordinate with Engineering, Data, Architecture, and vendor teams on platform integration standards
- Contribute to GenAI-enabled features: intelligent spend analysis, automated supplier discovery, and conversational procurement interfaces
- Define instrumentation events and success measures to track feature adoption and business value
Governance & Quality
- Ensure specs meet Deloitte enterprise standards, procurement compliance requirements, and audit guidelines
- Participate in UAT, demos, and acceptance reviews with procurement stakeholders
- Establish and own a continuous feedback loop with clients, client implementation and support teams, stakeholders, and other relevant engagement teams, ensuring that insights and suggestions are consistently captured and prioritized within the backlog management process
- Support supplier master data governance and compliance reporting

Innovation & Delivery Transformation (IDT) is Deloitte Consulting's engine for scalable, tech-led delivery. The ZoraAI platform within IDT operationalizes next-generation procurement capabilities bringing AI, agile delivery, and modern data practices to enterprise sourcing and procurement operations.
Qualifications
Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
- 610 years in product management, product ownership, or business analysis in enterprise procurement/sourcing systems
- Hands-on expertise in SAP Ariba: Buying, Procure-to-Order (P2O), Sourcing, Contract Management, Supplier Management, and Guided Buying
- Strong command of procure-to-pay processes: sourcing, supplier onboarding, contract lifecycle, spend management
- Proficiency with Ariba Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG): transaction monitoring, troubleshooting, custom mapping
- Demonstrated ability to write detailed user stories, manage backlogs, and operate in agile delivery teams
- Proficiency with agile tools (Jira, ADO, PMOne) and excellent stakeholder communication skills
Good to Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
- SAP Ariba or SAP S/4HANA certification(s)
- CSPO, PSPO, or SAFe POPM certification
- Exposure to GenAI in procurement: spend classification, intelligent sourcing, conversational interfaces
- Experience with procurement analytics and reporting tools (Ariba Analytics, Spend Visibility)
- Background in large-scale procurement transformation or source-to-pay optimization
Education:
- BE / B.Tech / MCA / MBA or equivalent; Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or Business Administration focus is a plus
