Role Overview
We are seeking a Product Owner with strong expertise in IRMPro and HRSDPro ServiceNow modules. The ideal candidate will take complete ownership of the module, act as a technical lead, and ensure smooth collaboration between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the assigned module and drive endtoend accountability.
- Act as Technical Lead with a blend of IRM & HRSD expertise.
- Demonstrate solid understanding of IRM domain processes.
- Liaise effectively with Business Owners and Technical Leads to align requirements.
- Review and understand requirements/stories, crossquestion business owners, seek solutions from technical leads, obtain business signoff, and provide goahead for configuration.
- Ensure smooth collaboration between business and technical teams for successful delivery.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Owner in ServiceNow (IRMPro + HRSDPro).
- Strong understanding of IRM domain processes and HRSD workflows.
- Ability to manage requirements, validate solutions, and coordinate signoffs.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
