Product Owner- Mobile Applications

Your Role on Our Team
As a Technical Lead / Senior Technical Lead, you will own the end-to-end technical delivery of mobile applications, driving architecture, scalability, and engineering excellence. You will work closely with Product Owners, Designers, and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into robust, high-quality solutions.
You are a hands-on leader who balances coding with mentorship, brings strong technical judgment, and ensures alignment with modern engineering and agile practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and architecture of scalable, high-performance mobile applications
- Drive technical decision-making, ensuring best practices in coding, security, and performance
- Collaborate with Product Owners to refine requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Mentor and guide developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and engineering excellence
- Oversee code quality through reviews, standards, and best practices
- Lead agile ceremonies from a technical standpoint (sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews)
- Ensure clear understanding and implementation of user stories and acceptance criteria
- Identify and mitigate technical risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks
- Work closely with UX teams to deliver seamless and user-centric experiences
- Drive CI/CD practices, automation, and efficient release management
- Communicate technical vision, progress, and risks to stakeholders effectively
- Continuously evaluate and adopt new technologies to improve product quality and team productivity
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in IT, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong experience in mobile application development (iOS/Android or cross-platform)
- Proven experience leading engineering teams and delivering complex digital products
- Solid understanding of system design, architecture, and agile methodologies
