Key Responsibilities

  • AI & Creative Technologies Integration Support deployment of generative AI tools, creative automation, and personalization features within marketing and web content workflows (e.g., text, image, and video automation, campaign acceleration).
  • Requirements Gathering and User Story Documentation Collaborate with IT Business Leads and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business, creative, and marketing needs into thorough requirements and actionable user stories. Maintain enterprise-level standards in documentation, backlog management, and prioritization (Azure DevOps/Jira).
  • MarTech Enhancement & Integration Evaluate, guide, and optimize integrations across the MarTech ecosystemincluding CMS, CRM, analytics, and creative toolsin alignment with digital transformation goals and best practices for large organizations.
  • Analytics & Optimization Support the Business Leads and cross-functional stakeholders as they design and implement a framework to evaluate productivity gains from generative AI toolsdefining key performance indicators (KPIs), tracking adoption rates, analyzing time-savings, and translating technical results into actionable business insights that guide strategic decision-making.
  • Testing, UAT, & Quality Assurance Design testing plans and lead testing teams in rigorous QA and UAT for new features (including AI-driven capabilities). Ensure business acceptance, produce clear UAT templates, and archive documentation for organizational knowledge transfer.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership & Collaboration Act as a connector between global teamscreative, marketing, IT, and businessfacilitating communication, empathy, shared vision, and respect, regardless of location, culture, or title.

Qualifications

  • Experience 35+ years as a Product Owner in web, digital marketing, or creative technology projects; direct experience in large, global, or complex organizations is highly valued.
  • Technical & AI Fluency Exposure to generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, Jasper/Influitive/Champion), analytics platforms (e.g., GA4, Glassbox), MarTech solutions (CMS, CRM, automation), Adobe Suite, and Digital Asset Management platforms. Proficient with backlog management tools (Azure DevOps, Jira) and Agile delivery frameworks.
  • Business & Communication Skills Outstanding written and verbal communication, skilled at translating stakeholder requirements into execution-ready, clear user stories and documentation at an enterprise scale.
  • Analytical Mindset Data-driven decision maker, using analytics to optimize business processes and measure value creation, ROI, and campaign performance.
  • Preferred Understanding of AI ethics and data privacy, basic SQL, and experience enabling digital transformation or MarTech initiatives globally.
  • Education Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Technology, or related discipline; equivalent experience also considered.
