Summary:
The role involves working with end users from country, regional, and group teams to gather and solicit requirements, analyze them, communicate with technology teams, and write user stories. The role also involves planning and implementing parallel roll-outs, monitoring test execution, managing defects, and supporting post-implementation activities as a Subject Matter Expert (SME). The role supports strategy development that identifies critical success factors, measurable milestones, potential obstacles, and recommended plans of action during the Implementation Phase.
Responsibilities:
- Define product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities.
- Assist in defining project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders.
- Communicate insights and plans effectively to cross-functional team members and management.
- Evaluate existing and proposed business processes and share feedback with process owners.
- Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements.
- Research and analyze market, users, and product roadmap.
- Manage dress rehearsals with end users and technology teams for successful completion of user verification and conversion verification tests.
- Coordinate and manage various stages of end user testing such as UAT, UVT, and CVT.
- Serve as the SME for dress rehearsals and conversion-related activities.
- Support pre- and post-implementation activities in countries as a business champion.
- Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value aligned with product strategy.
- Gather, analyze, and document requirements in Azure DevOps (ADO).
- Write user stories and provide feedback on improvements/gaps to the technology team.
- Manage change requests and maintain the product backlog in Azure DevOps (ADO).
- Manage conversion and user acceptance testing with respect to execution and defect management.
- Develop spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to document needs.
- Act as a knowledge broker between the development team and stakeholders.
- Identify risks/issues, report, and escalate to management as appropriate.
- Facilitate project team meetings and status review meetings.
- Conduct meetings and presentations to end users and management teams.
- Coordinate with internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless project execution.
- Ensure adherence to the organization's governance framework.
- Keep abreast of Agile/Scrum best practices and trends.
Requirements:
- A bachelor&rsquos degree in business or a related field or an MBA.
- Experience in the banking domain.
- CBAP, CSPO/Agile certification preferred.
