Summary:
We are looking for a highly competent Business Analyst cum Product Owner to join our team and help drive the ongoing development of our cloud-based technology projects. This position requires extensive experience in story creation, Agile methodology & ceremonies, work allocation/tracking, and collaboration with product owners and leads. Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in requirements gathering meetings/workshops with product owners to derive the system requirements and uncover areas of improvement.
- Perform requirements analysis and create user stories with proper acceptance criteria for the development team.
- Conduct Scrum ceremonies.
- Conduct requirement grooming meetings to share business needs and system requirements with the development team.
- Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements.
- Serve as a liaison between business users and development team users.
- Manage projects, develop project plans, and monitor performance.
- Manage competing resources, dependencies, and priorities.
- Monitor deliverables and ensure timely completion of projects.
- Provide leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to junior staff.
- Gather metrics and conduct retrospective meetings to drive improvements.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in relevant roles.

- Familiarity with estimation models.
