Key Responsibilities:
- Review, critically evaluate and sign off Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) for upcoming products
- Question, refine, and finalize product specifications outlined in BRDs to ensure clear, actionable scope for system implementation
- Lead end-to-end project management of product launches, from ideation to go-to-market
- Maintain detailed tracking of launch milestones including concept design, approval workflows, system development, and delivery timelines
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, design, operations, and marketing teams
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and stakeholder communication to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in product management or project coordination roles
- Strong understanding of BRDs and system implementation processes
- Excellent communication, analytical and documentation skills
- Ability to work with diverse teams and manage multiple launches simultaneously
- Familiarity with product lifecycle methodologies and agile workflows is a plus
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in engineering, Business, Computer Science, or a related field
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in a similar role (required)
- Certifications in Product Management or Project Management (preferred)
