Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review, critically evaluate and sign off Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) for upcoming products
  • Question, refine, and finalize product specifications outlined in BRDs to ensure clear, actionable scope for system implementation
  • Lead end-to-end project management of product launches, from ideation to go-to-market
  • Maintain detailed tracking of launch milestones including concept design, approval workflows, system development, and delivery timelines
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, design, operations, and marketing teams
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and stakeholder communication to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in product management or project coordination roles
  • Strong understanding of BRDs and system implementation processes
  • Excellent communication, analytical and documentation skills
  • Ability to work with diverse teams and manage multiple launches simultaneously
  • Familiarity with product lifecycle methodologies and agile workflows is a plus

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in engineering, Business, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in a similar role (required)
  • Certifications in Product Management or Project Management (preferred)
