About the Role
We're hiring a Product Operations Specialist to be the operational backbone of our product and support teams. In this role, you'll own Jira ticket workflows, ensure nothing slips through the cracks, and create clear documentation and wireframes that help our teams move faster. You'll collaborate closely with Product, Support, and Performance Managers to keep projects on track and unblock issues quickly.
What You'll Do
- Monitor all open Jira tickets, following up with reporters and assignees to keep work moving.
- Create, refine, and review tickets to ensure acceptance criteria and assets are complete.
- Build process maps, diagrams, and wireframes using Lucidchart and Figma.
- Maintain documentation, SOPs, and policies as the single source of truth.
- Coordinate backlog grooming, sprint planning, and reporting on ticket progress.
- Identify bottlenecks, propose workflow improvements, and implement Jira automations.
- Support release readiness with documentation, visuals, and clear communication.
- Train and onboard new team members on Jira workflows and documentation standards.
What We're Looking For
- 24+ years of experience with Jira (administration or advanced user-level preferred).
- Skilled in Lucidchart and Figma for process mapping and wireframes.
- Strong documentation and technical writing skills (Confluence/Notion a plus).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in follow-ups.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
- Bonus: Experience in SaaS, automotive software, or startup/scale-up environments.
