Product Operations Manager

Role Summary

The Product Standards/Operations Manager is responsible for executing and scaling product operations and analytics capabilities within Client's Product organization. This role operationalizes product standards, intake processes, tooling, and reporting frameworks to ensure consistent, high-quality product delivery across global teams.
Reporting to the Associate Director, Product Standards, this role has strong ownership of day-to-day product operations, Azure DevOps configuration and governance, and standardized product analytics and reporting. The Manager plays a critical role in enabling visibility, consistency, and operational rigor across product and innovation teams within a global delivery model.
