About The Role

We're looking for a Senior Product Operations Specialist to enable our product teams to move fast with clarity. You'll partner with Product, Engineering, Design, and GTM teams to build systems that improve alignment, visibility, and decision-making - removing friction without adding unnecessary processes.

What We Will Count On You For

• Product Planning & Operating Rhythm
• Co-own quarterly planning, roadmapping, and OKRs with Product Leadership.
• Bring clarity to priorities, dependencies, and progress across teams.
• Facilitate reviews that surface risks early and accelerate decisions.
• Systems, Tools & Visibility
• Build scalable systems for visibility into product work and delivery health.
• Own the product tooling stack (Jira/Linear, analytics, feedback tools).
• Automate workflows and reporting, leveraging AI where helpful.
• Insights & Decision Enablement
• Synthesize customer feedback, usage data, and research into actionable insights.
• Ensure decisions are grounded in data and customer impact.
• Define and track core product metrics (activation, adoption, retention).
• Cross-Functional Alignment & Launches
• Connect Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
• Own product launch operations and internal readiness.
• Involve the right stakeholders early in high-impact decisions.
• Scaling the Product Organization
• Identify friction and introduce process improvements.
• Balance standardization with flexibility based on team context.
• Surface signals on capacity, execution health, and bottlenecks.

What'll Make You a Great Match

• 7-8 years of experience in Product Operations, Program Management, or similar roles.
• Experience working in a B2B SaaS company at Series BC stage or equivalent growth phase.
• Hands-on experience supporting product planning, execution, and cross-functional initiatives.
