About the Role

A high-impact product operations role supporting the CPO in product, technology, AI, growth, design, analytics, SEO and digital commerce functions. The focus is to bring structure, speed and clarity to execution. Improving leadership productivity, driving cross-functional alignment and ensuring strategic initiatives move forward efficiently within a fast-paced digital media environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive operational cadence across cross-functional teams spanning product, growth, content, analytics, commerce, and technology.

- Convert leadership priorities into clear action plans, trackers, and execution frameworks.

- Manage cross-functional projects and ensure timelines, dependencies and outcomes are visible.

- Improve leadership productivity through structured planning, reviews, prioritisation, and follow-ups.

- Handle executive workflows including time optimisation, communication, approvals coordination, dashboards, and reporting.

- Draft concise strategy notes, updates, and executive summaries.

Required Experience

- 48 years in executive assistant, operations, program/project management, strategy, consulting, or similar roles.

- Strong exposure to the digital media and content industry, including audience growth, platforms or digital monetisation ecosystems.

- Exceptional organizational and communication skills with high attention to detail.

- Ability to operate in fast-paced, high-ownership environments with senior stakeholders.

- Comfortable managing ambiguity and bringing structure to complex initiatives.
